"Been with this office since it was it was Ellen Anderson, so we are talking decades. We have several vehicles and our homeowners with them Claims over the years are very far and few. Just got a new vehicle that is not a lease or bank titled straight out own and our rates just keep going up. The one person everyone is negatively commenting about is brassy, but does the job. However after this rate increase I will be gathering all our policies and starting with my credit union for quotes. I will let you all know if we get better rates. By talking to others I should have done this years ago. So I will be posting an update."

"I’m not sure what’s up with these employees here, but they are so rude and unprofessional. They look and sound like you’re bothering them. I canceled my policy here and moving to AAA. If you need the insurance, do yourself a favor and don’t go here."

"Just got off the phone with a person named Cathy and boy did she have an attitude, I can tell she was bothered with me! All i was doing was getting an insurance quote...... I understand its the end of your shift and your ready to go but that has nothing to do with me!!!! right there is why your company will not gain any clients, I will not call again!!! Best of Luck, and word of mouth goes along way😚"

"Money coming in is the only thing that matters at this office. Not support. If I could put 0 stars, I definitely would. If you need help, find it elsewhere. The commercials that boost the Agents ability to support their customers is only for show. In reality, you get a disrespectful secretary and an agent that won't talk to the ones paying their bills. I only wanted to ask my agent if I could set up a meeting to go through everything with me. I'm blessed and thank God to say that I've never been in a wreck, caused a wreck, got a ticket EVER. I guess asking questions about an incident is out of the question.... but as long as they get my money monthly with no phone calls unless to give more money....that's what counts. Do yourself a favor and PLEASE find some other Agent and Office to deal with. The Secretary I talked to didn't want to hear what I was asking, has no compassion, heart or understanding. She said....talk to claims. I already did...I just wanted peace of mind. And as for claims, they were trying to do car rentals for me in a completely different state. They said...it's $3 cheaper to go to a rental place an hour away in another state, and I don't live in the middle of nowhere. That didn't boost my confidence in a reputable Insurance Company."
